Yard Operative Required at Our Coalville Branch

Due to the expanding and busy nature of our Branch we require a Yard Operative to join our hard-working friendly team.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 7:20am – 5pm
• Saturday: 7:20am – 12pm (Rotational Basis)

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• To be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the branch
• Ensuring customers are loaded promptly and efficiently.
• Provide Excellent customer service
• Assist with the unloading and loading of deliveries using a forklift
• Ensuring that the yard is kept tidy and health & safety is adhered to at all times

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• Positive/can-do attitude
• Good Customer services Skills
• Attention to Detail

Desirable:

• Forklift/Skid Steer experience
• Previous experience in the Builders merchant industry
